We have a large, comfortable, furnished room available in our Victorian terraced house from the 28th of June.

It would suit someone who likes a quiet house but who is friendly, open and has a sense of humour.

You would be sharing with 3 really nice guys. A live-in landlord, electrician, a student, and a research nurse.

The household is better suited for males, as we have one large shared bathroom, with a shower and a bath.

It is a chilled house, where everyone is super friendly and enjoys a chat yet lead independent lives.

The large kitchen diner is our communal space. It has a laundry area at one end, with a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is at the other end and is equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, 2 fridge freezers. Plus crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc.

There is a private, very quiet garden at the rear of the house which is equipped with garden furniture. It would be wonderful if you are interested in gardening and would like to participate in taking care of it.

Here are some essential info. for a prospective housemate:
* It is not a party house
* Shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom) must be left clean & tidy
* After cooking, clean up ready for next person
* Everyone values their sleep, so be mindful during the "wee, small hours"
* We are looking for a respectful and considerate person

N. B. We have a cleaner once a week for communal areas.

The Room
It is large and spacious with 2 built-in storage cupboards, a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet, sofa, lamp, mirror, desk & chair. It is carpeted (soundproofing/warmth).

It has a bay window, overlooking a quiet tree-lined street.

£1300 per month.
