We are offering a spacious double room with exclusive use of a private bathroom in our beautiful house with a garden. The room is quiet and overlooks the peaceful garden, perfect for rest and relaxation. The house is located on a quiet street in Clapton, just around the corner from the station—only a 3-minute walk away—making it an easy 10-12 minute journey to Liverpool Street.

The room is currently available, at £1,100 per month or short-term rentals (up to 3 months).

In addition to the bedroom, there is a second room next door set up as an office, complete with an adjustable standing/sitting desk, which you’re welcome to use.

The rent includes all bills, weekly cleaning, and access to excellent fibre optic WiFi.

The house is home to two friendly cats and is kept immaculately clean with the help of a weekly cleaner.

About us: We are two professionals working in the insurance industry in the City of London. We’re easygoing, tidy, and respectful individuals who enjoy a peaceful environment but also like socialising with friends. We work from home 2-3 days a week.
