No living room but kitchen has sofa and seating area and washing machine too!
Room has a big window in room, lots of storage.
Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, extra storage and bedding(if needed) !
First floor flat, there is a lift and stair access.
Really well connected with buses and overground.

All bills and broadband/wifi included!
