Double room in Lower Clapton

Available room (double, unfurnished)

We’re looking for a professional housemate (30+) to join us in our 4-bed house in Lower Clapton. You’d be sharing with three of us: an Irish interior architect (32), an English architectural journalist (34), and an Irish design manager (34). We’re all friendly and enjoy having a nice chat in the evening after work or having the occasional beer now and then, but we’re also independent and respect each other’s space should we want it. We value this space as a *home* and do not see it as a student style flat share.

The house has a big kitchen, large living room and a garden which is great in the summer months. We like to keep it tidy (with a bi-weekly cleaner). The area is fantastic and some of us have lived here over 6 years. Hackney Downs is nearby, some great cafés and it’s a short walk to a lot of things areas around East London: Broadway Market, London fields and Dalston.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who does not work from home fully remotely 5 days a week and if you do you will need your own desk for occasional work-from-home days. Also, LGBTQ+ friendly.
