ABOUT US
I (male / 48 / owner) will be leaving for work in Australia starting in September. I'll be gone for at least six months (hence the 6-month maximum), but it's possible that I'll be away for even longer and can extend the tenancy at the end of the initial 6-month term.

Yunhan (female / 38) is a freelance writer and product / UX designer. She's a fantastic flatmate - respectful, clean, friendly, thoughtful, and an excellent cook. She also meditates daily, so bonus points if you do as well 🙂

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who views the flat very much as their own home - both in terms of being happy and comfortable here as well as being a responsible resident. We'd like to find someone who is happy to share a morning coffee / tea, end-of-day chat, and occasional meal; but who will be respectful of any space and privacy needs. We especially value a calm, peaceful household.

PLEASE NOTE
1) We're looking for someone who primarily works from an office and not from home - ideally at least 4 days per week.

2) Yunhan shares custody of a friendly poodle called Brex, who spends 3-4 nights per week here.

3) We've converted the garden shed into a studio / office. Yunhan has exclusive use of this workspace to make up for the fact that she has the smaller bedroom.

4) Most of the bedroom walls are constructed of thick brick and masonry which crack when drilled into without tools, so the paintings currently hung up shouldn't be replaced with your own pictures and nails / hooks. Sorry!
