Single room close to Clapton Station

We are looking for a replacement for my single room in a great house, 5 min walk from Clapton station.

Please note, we are currently awaiting updated pictures as the clothing rack has been replaced.

This is a 4-bed house with a front and back garden, one bathroom (shower + toilet) and one toilet room - and a kitchen with a sofa and coffee table.

The room is small, single bed, but bright and comes with a desk. You are free to use some communal spaces to store certain things that don't fit in the room.

The other flatmates are Freddie, Joel and Elliot who are all really chill and friendly. Only Joel cooks really so you get a lot of time in the kitchen, and there's 2 toilets so you're never waiting to use one.

It's a very relaxed but small household so you're welcome to bring friends over from time to time. On weekdays we all work 9-5s, but there is the odd late afterparty on weekends, so not ideal for people who work weekends, unless you don't mind that of course.

Freddie and Elliot are gay, Joel is straight. You don't need to be LGBT but do need to be LGBT friendly.

Theres a Co-op and corner shop within 2 mins walk, plus more shops on Clapton's main road. For bigger supermarkets they are roughly a 20 min walk.

The room will be available from the 14th June but the flatmates are flexible and want to find the best fit so they're prepared to wait longer.

Because it's 4 people, bills are relatively cheap. Location is great and for the price it's a steal, if small.
