About the flat
We have 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet (shared), a kitchen and a big lounge. There’s a small balcony which gets the sun all afternoon, perfect for getting washing dry in summer!
Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer all included.
Kitchen is already stocked with equipment, cutlery etc and spices which we’re happy to share!
The flat is fully furnished as we’ve been living here for a while.
The room is also furnished with a double bed, side table and huge built in wardrobe. The small cupboard in the photos can be kept or removed at your preference.
Guest parking permits are available on the street.
30 seconds walk to Clapton station on the Weaver line overground - 10 mins to Liverpool Street. There are also bus stops nearby with connections to Aldgate, Euston, Finsbury Park, Islington etc.

About you
We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the space, is friendly and relaxed, and ideally works from home one day a week or less.

Please note that there can be no cooking meat in the house - vegetarian or vegan flatmate preferred.

About us
We are Laura and Matt, a couple from England and New Zealand and own our flat. Both accountants working in the city, we travel a lot but also love spending time at home! We’re into hiking, camping and gaming.
