Middle floor, two bedroom flat, in a really lovely area close to Chatsworth road. In-between Homertom and Hackney Central over grounds, and lots of bus routes. Easy access to central London.

I currently live here with my house mate who will be leaving end of July, so looking for someone to take her place. The move in date is anytime after 1st August, can be negotiable for the right person.

I am a graphic designer, I work hybrid in Angel and at home 3 days a week. The flat has a large and lovely living room with a balcony, plenty of space to socialize in. We have a large shower/ bathroom and a kitchen that is fully equipped.

The room available is unfinished, with beautiful bay windows and lots of space to make it your own sanctuary. The rest of the house is furnished.

I have a cat, who loves a snuggle but I don't expect you to take care of her, unless you want to. I'm very sociable person and looking for someone who is looking for a nice home to live in with us, i equally enjoy my own downtime.

Bills are not included in the rent, however they amount to roughly an extra £150 a month, for energy and gas, water, council tax and broadband, which I'm happy to combine with the rent and be paid directly to me each month.
