Lovely 1 bedroom flat in Clapton

I am subletting my flat whilst I go away from Sat 9 Jan - for up to 3 months. £1,950 including bills.

My spacious flat is based in a great location, just an eight minute walk from Clapton Station, which takes you into central London in 15minutes.

The flat is a few minutes from the River Lea, Millfields park and the Hackney Marshes. Nice cafes and pubs are a short walk away, with a Co-op supermarket just next door.

The flat has 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe (I'm currently doing the room up will have new photos soon).

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is well equipped. The kitchen has all the usual utensils needed for cooking, the living room has a TV, and there is a dedicated desk area.

The terrace has a table and chairs and is sunny until around 1pm.

This flat is the perfect spot for getting around London easily, but as it's positioned away from busy roads and close to many parks, it provides a tranquil space to relax in.

Please let me know if you'd like to view it!

Thanks :)
