I am subletting my flat whilst I go away for around 3-4 months, from December - Feb/March (still figuring out dates).

The rent is £2,500 inc. bills.

My spacious flat is based in a great location, just an eight minute walk from Clapton Station, which takes you into central London in 15minutes.

The flat is a few minutes from the River Lea, Millfields park and the Hackney Marshes. Nice cafes and pubs are a short walk away, with a Co-op supermarket just next door.

The flat has 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. (My bedroom is next door and will be out of bounds / locked).

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is well equipped. The kitchen has all the usual utensils needed for cooking, the living room has a TV, and there is a dedicated desk area.

The terrace has a table and chairs and is sunny until around 1pm.

This flat is the perfect spot for getting around London easily, but as it's positioned away from busy roads and close to many parks, it provides a tranquil space to relax in.
