Hello, my flatmates are moving out and I'd love to stay in our Clapton home overlooking the River Lea, were about an 11 minute walk from Clapton station. Hackney downs, walthamstow marshes, and Chatsworth road are all a short walk away.
I'm mainly looking for girls who are proactively clean: if you see something wrong you fix it. There's a lot of fun riverside pubs and Hackney wick is nearby so I'd love flatmates who want to hang out and become friends as well! You'll be living with me (Canadian, 27 in Sept.) and my cat Beemo 🐈⬛

The small room comes with the built in coat rack on the ceiling and loft bed with storage space underneath.
The big room comes with mattress and maybe bed (depending on if current flatmate wants to leave it) and a large wardrobe
