The newly decorated bedroom as at the top of the house and is a lovely quiet space.

There is a separate kitchen that has its own shower and bathroom attached to it, down one flight of stairs to the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom were also redecorated but around a year ago.

The house is a 9 minute walk to Rectory Road Train station which takes you to Liverpool Street in under 15 minutes. Clapton station is also approximately the same distance.

There is also the 106 bus stop 5 minute walk away that takes you to Finsbury Park tube station, and the 253 bus which takes you to Euston in one direction and towards Hackney Central in the other. The same bus stop also serves the 254 route.

Stoke Newington is a 15 minute walk away.

The house is on a quiet terraced street with a public library situated across the road at its top end.

Our home is a quiet space, as both my husband and I are retired. We occupy the lower floor, the middle floor is made up of our bedrooms, and the top floor is where the bedroom we are renting out is located. A sub level below your rented bedroom is where the kitchen/shower is located.

We are looking for someone who is independent, and is either a full time professional, or a full time student. We are happy for you to come and go as you please.

This will suit someone who doesn’t want a party house, and is looking for a space where they can work in the evenings in peace and quiet whilst having their social life outside the home.

As this is a family home, we don’t permit any other guests on the property.
The only other restriction we have is that we are a no pork household.
