Grown-up, friendly 3-bed flat in Clapton E5. You’ll be sharing with Ivy (actor/creative soul) and Joe (sustainability & urban-farming). We're two easygoing housemates looking for a third to join our lovely home. The Room is available for 3 months from the move in date. The room has a big wardrobe, double bed (can remove if you bring your own), & 3.2m ceiling height - so plenty space for storage.

The flat’s genuinely large, with bright living spaces, really high ceilings and lots of light. We like our plants. There's space to work from home if you need to - we both do sometimes too and just juggle around each others' needs - simple stuff.

We’re social but definitely not a party flat — doors open for chats, dinners or a glass of wine, but we also value downtime and privacy. Think “friendly adults with their own lives”.

No couples, sorry - it's a big flat for 3 of us - but no worries about partners staying over sometimes (obvs).
