Monday–Friday rental, 1 bedroom garden flat in Clapton

I’m looking for someone to rent my cosy 1-bedroom garden flat in Clapton Monday to Friday, from the end of February 2027.

It would be ideal for someone who works in London during the week and goes home at weekends.

The flat is fully furnished and includes:

One of the main advantages of this arrangement is that you’ll be able to leave your belongings in the flat during the weekend. I’ll provide dedicated storage space for you, including space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, so you won’t need to pack everything up every Friday.

Clapton, E5, around 20 minutes’ walk from Stoke Newington. The location is quite unique and peaceful literally by the river, with a real countryside feel despite being in London.

I personally walk everywhere, but depending on your routine, having a bike, scooter or car could be useful.

💷 £1,450 per month, all bills included
📅 Available from late February 2027

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and reliable, ideally looking for a longer-term arrangement with the possibility to take over the lease after a 6 months. (to be discussed)
