A quiet double at the rear of a carefully curated flat. Comfortable bed, blackout blinds and wardrobe included. The adjacent bathroom (not ensuite) has a rainfall shower.

Minimal, considered and full of natural light. The open-plan living room flows through sliding doors into a private garden. Fully equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, bike parking and on-street parking.

Location
Stoke Newington / Clapton border. Clapton and Rectory Road Overground are a short walk — Liverpool Street in 15 min, Oxford Street in 25. Strong Lime bike network. Church Street, Stoke Newington is 10 minutes on foot. Parks nearby include Hackney Downs, London Fields, Abney Park, Walthamstow Marshes and Springfield Park.

About me
I run an events company. I'm sociable with a busy social life,
I love good food, travelling, fitness and going out but I value a genuinely calm, clean home to return to.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home. Environmentally, politically and socially and I'd love to share the space with someone whose values broadly align.

I speak French and Spanish fluently, also go to Glastonbury a part of the NYC Downlow crew and also go to Houghton Festival every year. I enjoy going out to the Adonis at The Cause, Fold and smaller parties in smaller venues.

Zappa, my 10-year-old miniature poodle, also lives here. He's gentle, easy-going and an absolute delight. He'll happily join you on walks if you're up for the company.

Who I'm looking for
An active working professional or creative — sociable, but someone who also values a calm, considered home. Ideally you share a love of good food, have a curiosity about music, and hold progressive values. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

I spent 3 years developing the house and its really important for me to share it with someone super tidy, organised and committed to keeping it clean - The spare room is the 1st thing you see when you come into the house, and its where a lot of the light in the corridor comes in, so someone who naturally has a tidy space would be my ideal.
