Lovely double room available for sublet

Lovely big double room available to sublet from the 9th July - 3rd September (and maybe longer if you’d like to stay on a rolling contract basis).

You’ll be living with my two friends Laura (who works for the government) and Jess (solicitor) who are both in the office regularly but at home in the evenings and weekends.

It’s a social house and we often watch TV together / cook together but equally everyone has their own london lives and friends!

The room comes fully furnished even with a desk, the flat has 2 bathrooms and there’s also a terrace in case you wanted to catch some rays!

I would need someone to take over my contract (which ends on september 3rd) but there is the opportunity to stay on for longer if you like.
