Flexible 5-week Short Let in Clapton House Share

Hi everyone! 

My beloved room with en-suite will be available for a short sublet from 30/05/26 to 04/07/26. 

Since I am offering it up very last minute, I am happy to adjust the dates and price proportionally depending on demand. Even if you're just looking for a room for a week or two - please feel free to get in touch. The general price per week is £240 including bills (council tax, gas, electricity, internet, water and the weekly cleaner for the communal areas).

The room will be completely unfurnished except for a bed and mattress (unless you don't need them, in which case I'm happy to remove them). There is some built in storage, though, which is quite handy.

The room is part of a lovely house share with my house mates Jack, Yankee, Ece and Aydanne. All professionals in their late 20s or 30s. 

The house has a nice kitchen, a garden and is very conveniently located with a 2-minute walk to Clapton Overground station and many bus stops, corner shops and supermarkets also just minutes away.
