Double Room in Beautiful Top-floor Clapton Flat

Bright and spacious double room available in a beautiful, quirky top floor flat in a period conversion in the heart of Clapton. Short term let preferred initially, although I may be open to extending for the right person.

You’ll be sharing with me, Jenni (38), a friendly professional working in global human rights and health. I mainly work from home, although I travel fairly regularly, and with Albert, a very small, very charming dachshund who believes the flat belongs entirely to him.

This is very much a home rather than a “rental property”, so I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and respect the space. The flat is cosy, creative, calm, and full of character, with lots of plants, books, art, and good energy.

The room comes furnished with:

* chest of drawers
* clothing rail
* desk

Clapton is a lovely area with loads nearby — parks, cafés, pubs, independent shops, gyms, yoga studios, and great places to eat.

We’re also only a 3 minute walk from London Overground at Clapton railway station, making it really easy to get across London.

My party days are over, so looking for someone chilled, easygoing, tidy, and communicative who wants a warm and respectful home environment for the summer months :)
