July-Sept sublet in large central hackney room

July to Mid September sublet in bright and spacious mezzanine room in the centre of hackney. My partner and I are away for two and a half months from the 1st July until 15th September, but we can be a bit flexible on the dates for the right fit! We love our room to bits and that's exactly why we want to find a caring subletter while we're away so we can afford to keep hold of it! There's heaps of space, with the mezzanine level allowing enough room to sit up comfortably in bed, a real treat, and the downstairs housing an extra long desk so two can work side by side. Two supersized windows which open all the way makes these hot days very bearable whilst lounging around the house.

You'll be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with 2 other respectful and friendly housemates so you'll always have a peaceful setting to come back to but also a friendly face to chat with, very calm and laid back house atmosphere. Rent is £1000 a month for the room and then bills are roughly £100 split between all of us each month, likely less in the summer, we run on a top-up meter so you'll only lay toward what you use. Cleaner comes twice a month and leaves the house spotless for just over £30 a visit so you'll be asked to contribute to this, usually on a sunday afternoon.
