Looking for flatmate in Clapton

Hi everyone,

Me (Alizee, 30) and (Miriam, 30) are looking for a new flatemate as our flatemate is unfortunately moving back to New Zealand by August and we are looking for someone to move in from mid July.
The room comes with a desk (optional) and a wardrobe.
Rent is: £1150 (including bills)
Deposit is: £650
Location: Is amazing, In Clapton E5 - it takes us about 30minutes to get to Central! and Shoredtich high street and Dalston are around the corner.
We don’t have a living room but the room is spacious, 2 toilets & our bathroom is spacious too!
We are looking for a girlie that is clean as we take turns to clean the house every week and are both fairly clean.
Miriam and I have known each other for +9years (I lost count sorryy!!) and love to end our days by having dinner together and spent weekends doing fun stuff. But we also like our own space and do our own activities.

We would love to find someone who also likes to live in a clean house and wants to make the house a home and spent time together at times :)
