Cosy double in Clapton

We have a small room in our lovely house in Clapton, available on the 15th of June.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls in their late 20s/early 30s. The house has a long history of having a community and homely feel, which many artists, activists and kind souls have called home and we'd like to keep it that way.

The room is small, has a double bed and a closet hence the price, perfect for someone not working from home. To compensate the house has a large kitchen, living room, garden, 1 bathroom, a small toilet downstairs and storage space around the house. The area is great and well-connected.

Please only reply if you think you could be the right person based on the following:
- Clean, tidy, fun and respectful
- ⁠down to hang out with us, have dinners as a house, movie nights, the occasional party etc but not a party animal. Not afraid of socialising but also respectful of our private times.
- Must be available to move in from the 15th of June or start paying from that day
- Ideal for someone who doesn’t work from home as the room doesn’t have a desk unless you find a way to fit it in.

The room is £575 PCM without bills and the deposit is £575

Bills not included - usually around 100£ per month.
