Bright Double Room in Clapton (6 Week Sublet)

I’m subletting my lovely double room in a spacious, friendly 4-bedroom shared house while I'm away (6 weeks, 23rd July - 1st August).

The room is a great size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk setup (perfect for WFH, and I’m happy to leave the screens), and storage. It looks out onto the back garden and gets loads of natural light.

In the rest of the house, you can make use of our large, cozy living room to unwind in after work, and a spacious kitchen with a fold-out table for hosting dinners. A massive selling point for the summer is our big garden, which is absolutely perfect for sunny breakfasts, outdoor lunches, and weekend BBQs.

The house is on the top of Chatsworth Road, surrounded by parks and just 5 minutes walk to the canal and nature reserves. Chatsworth Road itself is full of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. For transport, it is a 15-minute walk to Clapton Station, and there are tons of buses right on our doorstep to get you anywhere in London. You will also have easy access to the incredible pubs, restaurants, bars, and Sunday markets across Hackney, Clapton, Dalston, Stoke Newington, and Victoria Park.

You will be sharing the house with three friendly, respectful professionals (1 other guy and 2 girls). They enjoy being social, cooking, catching gigs, photography, and heading out to exhibitions. They love to enjoy the sunshine and host the occasional casual garden party, but they completely respect everyone's downtime and personal space.
