Lovely double in Clapton! 🌞

The room

I’m moving in with my partner, so my and bright double room becomes available from July 11th (very flexible on dates if you need to move in earlier!) The room comes furnished with a double bed, a big desk as loads of storage space. There is a shared bathroom with 2 others. I have lived in this room for two years and loved it and I am sure you will too!

The house

The house is a beautiful and homely, it’s a quiet Victorian home that’s full of light. We have a lovely garden, where you can sit and have BBQs :). It has a spacious kitchen with a dining table, a beautiful living room, and has been freshly painted!

The location

Ideal location! We are on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours, a community garden and just around the corner is Daubeney fields Park, the canal, as well as Hackney Marshes. You’ll also find a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and the Castle Cinema on Chatsworth Road you’ll reach within 10-12 minutes as well as Homerton Overground Station.

The vibe

You’ll be living with three lovely women and a cat called Charlie!

We’re looking for someone friendly who would fit well with the vibe of the house. It’s not a party house, we really value a calm, relaxed, and respectful atmosphere. At the same time, we enjoy chatting in the kitchen and occasionally sharing a dinner or breakfast together.

We’d love to find someone clean and considerate who takes care of the shared spaces as well as their own room. One of us already works from home full-time, so ideally you wouldn’t be working from home every day. Our age range is 30–45.

The rent is 864 with bills around 120 a month!
