Two gorgeous, sunny rooms in welcoming home!

ROOM 2

My flatmate Liza and I are sad to be leaving this gorgeous, much-loved home and both of our rooms will be free from mid-July. Ideal move in date would be 7 July for the smaller room, and 15 July for the bigger room.

THE HOUSE: The house has four bedrooms split across three floors so you never feel like you are on top of each other. There is one small bathroom with a toilet and one big bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower. The huge kitchen is the heart of the house, fully equipped with a big stove, microwave and two fridges. There is also a large garden which is the perfect space to relax or hang out with friends.

Bills are around ~£130pcm and we use Splitwise to arrange paying them.

ROOM 1: £950pcm. I really love this room as it’s on the very top floor, you get lots of gorgeous light, and a view into the garden. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

ROOM 2: £1,075pcm. This is a beautiful, spacious room with wood floors and built in shelves for storage. It’s ideal if you work from home because of its size, its lovely view of the garden, and its quiet location at the back of the house.

Please note, both rooms are unfurnished.

THE FLATMATES: You will be living with three other girls in their mid-twenties/early-thirties.

Johanna (25) is from Germany and she works in neuroscience research. Claudia (32) works as a freelance writer and editor. Emily (23) is a health journalist and Liza (26) teaches art and pottery.

The house has a very friendly, welcoming vibe and we hope to find someone who will continue that!

THE AREA: The house is 2mins from Clapton station, and near lots of bus routes into central London. It’s a really safe, quiet street with a park at one end and easy access to Lower Clapton or Chatsworth Road (where you’ll find loads of cute cafes, charity shops, supermarkets and pubs).
