I am looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Clapton. This would be on a rolling month-by-month tenancy. Move in date = 7th August 2026.
The room is a spacious unfurnished double with plenty of space. I have a king sized bed and it fits nicely, along with shelves and 2 x bedside tables.
The rest of the house is furnished.
The house itself is the real selling point – it's bright, peaceful and has a beautiful garden, with lots of space to work from home and relax. There is a shared living room and kitchen. There is also a spare room next to mine, which can't be used as a bedroom as it doesn't have a window, but does have a sofa bed for guests. I work from this room and you'd be welcome to do the same!
You'll be sharing with two friendly, sociable professionals who have created a warm and welcoming home.
One is an engineer, and the other is a civil servant - into music (especially vinyl), yoga, cycling, climbing, nice cafes and wine bars, etc.
