Looking for a flatmate to replace an outgoing tenant.

This is a cosy and tidy good size bedroom to rent in a private flat and all bills are included.

Current flatmates are three professional females, aged mid-20s to early 30s, from Korea, Japan and Ireland. We are a quiet flat, and respect each other's space and privacy. We are looking for someone in a similar age group, and in full time work.

If you are a reasonable, tidy, quiet, respectful person who would be easy to live with. A good level of English would be preferable, so that we can all communicate. If you fit fit this description we would be delighted to hear from you.

No parties or regular overnight guests.
