hi! looking for another lovely person — to join my/our flat of 4 (total, including youuu!) in Upper Clapton. cheap rent which is always a plus 🙂‍↕️

we’re less than 10 minutes from Clapton Station on foot, lotsa pubs & parks nearby❕easy cycle around East & 20 minutes to Liverpool Street via train.

flat doesn’t have a living room, but does have a big garden. 1 bathroom, 1 toilet (in separate rooms).

i have lived here for 2-ish years & basically want another level-headed, decent person to live w/ us! lgbtq+ / creative people preferred but i promise that i don’t care if you work in tech 🤍
