Available for sublease from Aug 1st - Sept 30 with possibility to extend and join the lease following lease renewal. Looking for a couple mid/late 20s-30s. Needing a couple to balance the bills. Welcoming to all!

HOUSE
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 3 toilets
Remaining housemates are Ryan and Eliza (Aussie couple), Paul (British), and Camille (French). The house is a mixture of WFH and in the office.
The house is beautiful with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. Also has a garden which get heaps of sun in the summer.
Rarely feels like living with 6 people due to the size of the home.

LOCATION/TRANSPORT
Lower Clapton area. Walking distances to Hackney Downs, Stoke Newington etc. Crooked Billet pub just down the road
Equal 7min walk to either Clapton or Rectory Road overground lines. Plenty of buses around. Large Morrisons in the area and of course plenty of off licenses within walking distance.

COSTS
£1300 per month for rent. Bills roughly £100 per month per person. Bills include electricity, water, council tax, internet and a cleaner 1-2x per month.

FURNISHINGS
Room comes with a big set of cupboards, a desk/chair, and small table. If you were keen on the bed and mattress I could also sell these to you. Both were bought new in Feb 2025.
