Hey everyone! We’re looking for someone lovely to take a spare room in our beautiful 3 storey, 3-bed, 3-bath maisonette in E5, available from 1 August.

The flat is set across the upper floors of a Victorian house and has been really thoughtfully redesigned. It’s got lots of character: high ceilings, sash windows, original floorboards, plus a big open-plan kitchen/living space with concrete worktops, birch-ply joinery and loads of natural light.

The available room is on its own floor, so it feels really private. It’s a double room with lots of built-in storage, its own bathroom, and it’s on the lower ground floor looking out onto the garden rather than the road. It comes unfurnished, so no bed unfortunately, but there’s plenty of room to make it your own.

You’d be living with us, two friendly 28/29-year-olds who often work from home. We’re pretty relaxed and sociable, and we love travelling, climbing, going to the pub, cooking/hanging out at home, and occasionally playing D&D. We’re looking for someone who’d enjoy a friendly, easy-going home rather than just a totally separate room arrangement.

The flat is about an 8-minute walk from Rectory Road station, with Clapton and Stoke Newington close by. Stoke Newington’s cafés, shops and Abney Park are all within easy reach.
