Looking for one more girl to join our new home in Clapton (East London)🫶🏼

A group of 6 of us have secured a gorgeous 7-bed house in Clapton and are looking for one more professional girl to complete the household.

The house has:
- Sunny garden 🌞🌞
- Separate living room, dining room, and study
- Plenty of space to WFH
- Large communal areas that we can't wait to make the most of
- The room is around 20sqm and a photo is attached here

We're all working professionals in our mid-20s and originally met through Facebook. We're hoping to create a lovely home rather than just a house share — think shared dinners, pub trips, BBQs in the garden, movie nights, and making the most of the amazing communal spaces.

The landlord and agent have both been really responsive and seem great. We have paid a holding deposit so we’re looking for someone who can commit to the move in date. The house will come part-furnished with beds/mattresses and a sofa.

📅 Move-in: Weekend of 25 July
💰 Total rent: £940 excluding bills
💡 Bills are estimated at just under £100pp/month
