Honestly, this is a special flat — river views from both your bedroom and the living room, and it's in one of the best spots in East London. I've actually lived in this area a couple of times now and it always pulls me back. There's a real community feel here that's hard to find elsewhere.
You're a short walk from Chatsworth Road with all its independent shops and cafes, loads of green space and parks nearby, and good gyms close by too. It's the kind of area where you actually feel at home.
The flat will be unfurnished as my current housemate is taking their furniture with them, so I'm looking for someone who can bring their own or is happy to kit the place out with me (Marketplace is great for this area and plenty of good stuff comes up locally).
About me: I'm 35 and work in VR. I love the gym, seeing friends — all the usual stuff. I travel quite a bit for work, so there'll be weeks where you have the place to yourself, which is a nice bonus. I'm looking for someone who's up for a chat and wants to make the place feel like a home, but equally respects that everyone needs their own time and space.
