One month small room for a steal!

Room Available – Clapton | 11th July – 11th August | £500 All-In

I’m looking for someone to take my room for one month while I’m away in the US for surgical training . 🧑‍⚕️

📍 Location

* 5-minute walk to Clapton Station
* 5-minute walk to the gym (happy for you to use my gym membership too!)
* Brilliant location for enjoying East London in the summer, with loads of cafés, pubs, parks, and everything you need nearby.

🏡 The House
You’ll be living with three great lads – Freddie, Joel, and Elliot. We’re all mates who enjoy a BBQ and a few drinks at the weekend, but everyone works hard Monday to Friday, so it’s a relaxed and respectful house.

🛏️ The Room
It’s a small single room, but it does the job and is an absolute bargain for the location. I’ll leave all my bedding, make plenty of space in the wardrobe, and there’s a fan ready to keep you cool.

💷 Price
£500 all in – I’ll cover all bills, and that also includes use of my gym membership.

* Move in: Saturday 11th July
* Move out: Tuesday 11th August
