Two-month sublet in Clapton

Spacious, airy and bright room to let for August and September (with some flexibility in terms for dates and possibility of extension) in lower Clapton.

The house is in a great location: in front of the Clapton Heart, 2 mins walk from many busses going into central, 5 min from Clapton overground and many many parks and lovely bars/cafes/shops nearby.

The house in on two floors and has a big garden at the back. You’d be sharing with my 4 housemates who are all lovely and friendly though all have very different routines so the house never feels crowded.

Rent is 900 all bills included. I’d be leaving my forniture and whatever else you might need (bedsheets, towels) and you’re welcome to use my bike as well!

As pictured, there is lovely dog living with us (she belongs to my housemate Aimee). She’s very well behaved and friendly and she only comes into the room if invited.
