Huge en-suite room + gorgeous roof terrace

I’m looking for someone lovely to sublet my room for 3 months while I’m away - £1,500pcm

It’s a huge en suite room in a really lovely flat in hackney. One of my favourite parts of the flat is our massive private roof terrace (you’ll have your own little corner up there too). Room gets lots of sunlight through the entire day and you can enjoy the sunset from the terrance!

Location:
* 2-minute walk to Clapton Station
* Around 10-minute walk to Rectory Road
* Around 15-minute walk to Hackney Downs

The room will be fully furnished (minus bedding and towels), has a separate little work-from-home space, and all bills are included. The flat also has a dishwasher.

You’ll be living with my two flatmates, Max and Youssef. They both work full-time and DJ in their free time. They’re both incredibly sweet, and we’re looking for someone who’s kind, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.

One thing to mention: Youssef occasionally dog-sits the sweetest little Yorkshire Terrier called Louix, so just bear that in mind if you have dog allergies.

I’m ideally looking for someone who can stay from early August until the end of October (potentially can be flexible but looking for 3 month commitment)
