Cozy sunny room in Clapton

I am sad to be leaving this gorgeous, much-loved home! My room will become available from around 26 August.

THE HOUSE: The house has four bedrooms split across three floors so you never feel like you are on top of each other. There is a big bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, and a small bathroom with a toilet. The big kitchen is the heart of the house, fully equipped with a big stove, oven, microwave and two fridges. There is also a large garden which is is the perfect space to relax, hang out with your friends, or show off your gardening skills.

Bills are around ~£120pcm and we use Splitwise to arrange them.

THE ROOM: £800pcm. I really enjoyed living in this room, it‘s small but very cozy and sunny. Ideal if you work out of home most days of the week. The room comes furnished with a bed and dresser.

THE FLATMATES: You will be living with three other girls in their mid-twenties/early-thirties. We enjoy spending time together in and around the house. The house has a very friendly, welcoming vibe and we hope to find someone who will continue that!

THE AREA: The house is 2mins from Clapton station, and near lots of bus routes into central London. It‘s a safe, quiet street with a park at one end and easy access to Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road (where you‘ll find loads of cute cafes, charity shops, supermarkets and pubs).
