Large double room available in Clapton

Hello! A room in our lovely house share is becoming available from September 17th, as I am moving out to start my Masters elsewhere.

*We are looking at doing viewings Tuesday August 4th and Wednesday August 5th with the possibility of more viewings WC August 10th. This will be in the evening.*

We’re a group of women in our early 30s and all working professionals. The housemates are Harriet (32F) who works in the charity sector, Kristina (30F) who is a mental health nurse, and Lydia (30F) who works in sustainability. We’re quite a sociable household and we can be found hanging out in the evenings watching TV together (we’re currently rewatching The OC!), or going to the pub, however we have our own social lives! We’re looking for a woman/NB person around the same age as us who’s sociable, clean, and looking for a friendly house share.

The room is a lovely large double, with bay windows so gets nice and bright in the mornings. It comes with a bed, small set drawers, mirror and wall hanging set up that includes a clothes rail. We have a back garden, shared living room, two bathrooms, and the kitchen comes with all of the standard amenities including a tumble drier.

Rent is £923.50, water works out to be about £15 a month, council tax is £43 a month, WiFi is £7.50 a month, and we pay gas and electric quarterly so the amount will vary depending on the time of year. We also have a cleaner who does a deep clean once a month/every two months as needed and works out to be roughly £14 each.
