Summer sublet, quiet attic room

My room is available for a short stay of up to 6 weeks starting from August 7th. It's a quiet room in a lovely, bright flat overlooking Millfields park in Clapton. There are two other female housemates, 31 and 38, as well as a cat (female, age unknown).

The room is an attic room on its own floor and is quiet, spacious and private. The rest of the flat has a huge, bright kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower and bath, living room and office space. There is also a balcony and private garden at the rear with comfy garden furniture to enjoy food or drink on warm nights. A cleaner cleans the communal areas every 2 weeks.

I'm flexible on duration, but ideally looking for 2 weeks minimum, 6 weeks maximum. The weekly rent will be prorated from the monthly total (so £250pw) and includes all bills and utilities including wifi and kitchen and bathroom cleaning supplies.

Females preferred please.
