We’re looking for a new housemate to join our warehouse in Upper Clapton, E5.
There are currently 6 of us, all aged between 30–35, and we’re looking for someone like-minded to join the house. We’re a friendly and sociable household, and tend to spend time together in the communal areas, but everyone also has their own lives and respects each other’s space.
The warehouse has a large open-plan living and dining area, a shared kitchen and lots of communal space. It’s a relaxed home and we’re looking for someone who is sociable, considerate, clean and respectful of the space.
We also have one dog, Frank, so being comfortable around dogs is important!
Rent: £900 per month
