Lovely furnished room available in a 3 bed flat in Upper Clapton, right by the canal 🌿

I’m sadly moving out to be closer to work, but I’ll really miss living here as it’s such a lovely area and has been a great place to call home.

The flat is in a beautiful spot right on the canal, with lots of nice walks and green space nearby. Clapton Station is around a 10 minute walk away, with trains taking roughly 10 minutes to Liverpool Street, and Lea Bridge Station is around a 20 minute walk.

There are plenty of shops nearby, including a Co op just down the road, local off licences and an Aldi by Lea Bridge around a 25 minute walk away. We’re also basically right outside the Anchor & Hope pub, which is great, and about a 10 minute walk from other lovely pubs including the Crooked Billet.

It’s a 3 bedroom flat with a decent sized shared living space which is already furnished, a cute kitchen with good cupboard and storage space, and one shared bathroom.

The room £850pcm

My room is on the smaller side but is furnished with a double bed and has plenty of space for under bed storage. It’s a cosy room and has worked really well for me.

You’ll be living with Dani, who is 26 and has been in the flat for a couple of years, as well as her adorable cat Beemo 🐈

Two of us are moving out, so there is also a much larger bedroom available for £975pcm if you’re looking with a friend or would prefer a bigger room. Feel free to ask about that one too!

It’s genuinely a really lovely area to live in, especially if you like being near the canal and green spaces while still having easy access into central London. 🌿
