Huge double bedroom in 4 bed shared house

Looking for a new roomie or two to join a big social shared house in Clapton. The room is available from Oct 1 onwards (rolling) We are open to both single people or couples in their late 20s or early 30s.

The house is a big four bedroom place with living area, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms and a big garden.

We are a social and busy house aged 29-33. We all have our own hobbies - pottery, climbing & aussie rules to name a few - but also enjoy hanging out together when we are all around.

LOCATION/TRANSPORT
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, equidistant from Clapton and Rectory Road (7 min walk). We are also within walking distances of Hackney Downs, Stoke Newington etc and the Crooked Billet pub just down the road!

COSTS
£1200 per month for rent (would change for a couple). Bills roughly £100-120 per month per person. Bills include electricity, water, council tax, internet and a cleaner 1-2x per month.

FURNISHINGS
The room comes with a big set of cupboards, a desk/chair, and small table. If you are keen on the bed and mattress, the current flatmate is open to selling these (both bought new in February 2025).
