Sub Let - Hackney / Sublet

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going person to sublet my bright and spacious double room in Upper Clapton (E5) for 3 months. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, mirrors and plenty of floor space. It gets lots of natural light and has a relaxed, creative feel. You’ll also have access to the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The area is great, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, as well as Springfield Park, the River Lea and Hackney Marshes for walks, running and cycling. There are good transport links nearby, including Clapton Overground, with connections towards Liverpool Street, plus plenty of bus routes around Hackney and into Central/East London. The flat has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, so I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of the shared space. Perfect for someone working, studying or on a short-term contract in London.
