The rooms would work well for a group of a couple + a single, or two singles.

* Second room — £1,047 pcm + bills

If you're moving in as a pair or a group, we're happy for you to work out a different split between yourselves if that suits you better.

Well connected, with:
 
* Hackney Downs a 10-minute walk away, with trains to Liverpool Street via the Weaver line, as well as Greater Anglia National Rail services;
* Hackney Central a 12-minute walk away, connected to the Mildmay line;
* Plenty of cafes, bars and shops close by, with a Tesco a 1 minute walk across the road.

We’ll be doing viewings on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September, but video calls are also available if that's easier.
