Lovely Double Room in Clapton

I’m sadly moving out of this amazing house so my room is becoming available from the end of October (with a little bit of flexibility around the move-in date.)

The place itself is a 3 storey house with a garden in a brilliant part of Clapton, tucked away among the parks but close to loads of great things. Chatsworth Road, Hackney Marshes and the canal are all a short walk away. The room is £1,090 per month, with bills coming to approximately £150 per month. It comes partially furnished, including a bed frame and an entire wall of built-in storage.

In terms of transport, there’s a bus stop just two minutes from the house, while both Clapton Overground and Lea Bridge Overground are around a 10-minute walk away.

You’d be living with a lovely couple, Leon and Charlotte, who are absolute dreams to live with! They have one bedroom and use the other room as a studio, so there’s a nice balance of shared space and privacy. We’ve always treated the place as a home rather than just a rental, and would hopefully find someone who feels the same. They’re also potentially looking to get a cat or dog in the near future, so definitely a bonus if you’re an animal person.

I’m genuinely sad to leave, and hoping to fill the room with someone who will enjoy the house as much as I have.
