Top-floor double room available in our lovely four-bed house of girlies in Clapton 🏡💌

The room is £950 per month, with a £950 deposit. Bills come to around £100 a month. It’s partly furnished, as I’ll be leaving behind a clothes rail and some shelves, so there’s still plenty of space to make it feel like your own little home.

ABOUT US

You’ll be living with three lovely girls: Claudia, Alara, who are working professionals and Johanna, who is currently studying.

The house has a really friendly and relaxed vibe. We’re looking for someone who is fun and sociable but also chill, and who genuinely wants to make the house a home. We all have our own lives, but we love spending time together too, think little chats in the kitchen after dinner, catching up about our days and hanging out when we’re all around.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The kitchen is the heart of the house and where we spend most of our time together. It has armchairs for lounging and chatting, plus big doors opening straight out onto the garden, which is so lovely in the warmer months.

The house also has a big shared bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.

THE AREA

The location is honestly so good! We’re right near Clapton Station, on the Weaver line, which gets you to Liverpool Street in around 10 minutes.
There’s also a lovely park at the end of the road which leads down towards the canal which is perfect for walks, runs or sitting outside with a coffee when the sun decides to come out. There’s permit parking available on the street too.

ABOUT YOU

We’d love to find someone warm, considerate and easy-going, who wants more than somewhere to sleep. Ideally, you’re up for making the house feel cosy, spending the occasional evening chatting together and becoming part of our little household, while still enjoying your own space and doing your own thing.
