I have a room (single). Looking to find a housemate for a more long term/ongoing. A modest room that comes with a storage cupboard.

Shared living room and kitchen. 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and one downstairs toilet also.

Large garden comes in handy over summer. Smoking is fine in the garden but not in the house.

There is a double-room that belongs to my sister (31) but she is away travelling until feb so shall be looking for a sublet simultaneously.

This is the home I grew up in with my sister and my mum so I'd like it to feel like a homely place and want to live with someone who will respect the house and work with me/us to make it a warm homely place to live.

About me: 34, gay, cabaret performer and trainee therapist. I am sober but happy to live with non-sober people. My work keeps me very busy with irregular work hours. The house isn't a party house, I sometimes have a friend over to watch a film. Open to respectful people who want to have a home with good vibes.

I love performing, sci-fi, fantasy, dance, queer community and random facts about animals ( did you know leaf cutter ants actually farm the leaves they collect and use them to cultivate a fungus which they can eat)

Cleaner twice a month with some light cleaning from us to keep house in order.
