Looking for buddy up for this great Clapton Flat

I am looking for someone to buddy up with, on this great 2 bed flat in Clapton! I'm looking to make this place homely and invest in a space that I want to be in, and would love for someone who shares that interest. There is a great kitchen/ living space, 2 bed 1 bathroom, and a balcony that wraps around the entire flat. The flat is unfurnished so definitely lots of potential to create the ideal flat.

- Bit about me -
I'm Ollie, 27, I'm a designer working in the music industry. I'm looking to move to east London to be closer to friends and all my fav things are there. I'm pretty 50/50 extrovert/ introvert as I love socialising and going out to the pub or some live music, but also love hanging out at home both with my housemates, dinner, movie nights etc but also value spending time by myself. I work 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home. Also a big film fan!

Looking for someone like minded who shares similar values and interests (bonus if you're creative too) and someone up for turning a house into a home!

I haven't secured the flat yet but am going to a viewing on Friday (planning to video and take additional photos so you can see too) and hopefully trying to find someone pretty quick who would be interested.

The move in date is on 16th December. So plenty of time for notice!
