We have a lovely, good-sized double bedroom available in our spacious two-bedroom home in Lower Clapton just off Chatsworth Road.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, with a large built in wardrobe and plenty of storage. There’s also lots of additional storage throughout the property, including an outhouse in the garden.

The house has a beautiful period kitchen, a generous, comfortable living room and a large private garden

It’s a really lovely home with plenty of space, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy living here as much as we do!

A Bit About Us ~

You’ll be living with us, Ella and Lucy, a female couple in our early 30s.

Ella is a chef, and Lucy works for an education charity, working from home a few days a week.

We’re both London-born and enjoy making the most of our neighbourhood - seeing friends and the occasion night in or out.

We’re sociable but mostly out of the house - though we may have a bbq or an afters a couple times a year.

We’re looking for friendly, considerate and tidy flatmate that wants to hang out, enjoy and look after the home together but also value their own space and privacy.

Ideally, we’d prefer someone who works outside the home most of the week, as one of us already works from home occasionally.

Above all, we’d love to find someone who feels at home here rather than it just being somewhere to rent.
