Spacious Double Room in lovely Clapton house

Our amazing flatmate has bought a house (!) so we're looking for someone equally divine to take her room starting November 15 (although there is some flexibility there as needed!).

A bit about the house:
Our house is in such a special location - we're nestled right between all the Millfields Parks and the canal (if you know where the Princess of Wales pub is, we're a 60 second walk from there!)... With parks all around us, it truly feels like a little oasis in London. We're a 10 minute walk from Clapton station and a 10 minute walk from Chatsworth Road, but have the 55 and 56 bus stop about a 2 minute walk from our front door.

The house itself is 3 stories, with an open plan kitchen / living / dining area + toilet + storage + terrace on the ground level. We've got underfloor heating on the ground floor which is a total luxury (especially in winter), and everything was renovated in 2021 so it's all in great condition / very modern. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms plus a full bathroom. One of those bedrooms is yours, and the other is a room that my partner and I use as an office / guest room as needed. The bathroom on this floor is essentially your own private bathroom :) It's technically always been shared with the other bedroom, but because we use that room as an office, we don't use the bathroom. (The only time we ever ask to share it is on the occasion we have people staying over, which we'll always ask in advance.)

Finally, the second floor is where Leon (my partner) and I have our room + ensuite. All that to say, there is tons of space for everyone!

Your room is lovely - has a big window and tons of built in storage! It comes partially furnished with a bed frame, although we can ask the mgmt company to remove that if you would like to bring your own.

A bit about who you'd be living with:
I'm Charlotte - a 34 year old working in creative services (I'm a matchmaker for creative agencies). I'm in the office 3 days/week and wfh about 2 (sometimes 3). Leon is my boyfriend (we've been together for 4 years) - he's 37 and a product designer at a design consultancy and works from home most days (usually 4-5). I'm US/Canadian and he is Peruvian/British. We love to travel, but we also love spending time at home as we've really made it feel like home. We love movement - whether it's running, gym, yoga, dance, anything - cooking, chilling, music (Leon mixes, and we love vinyl!), hanging out with friends, and taking advantage of all London has to offer. We just bought a car so are doing lots of weekend excursions now too!

We're looking for someone who is relaxed, respectful, interesting, responsible, and warm - as long as those elements are there, that's all that matters :)
