Hey hey, I’m sad to say goodbye to this beautiful and cozy room on the ground floor with sunny side and garden view. I’ve been living in the house for more than 1,5 years. It’s a very lovely vibe, everyone is chill and friendly, respectful of each other personal space and at the same time gathers-togethers are very much welcomed.

The location is just 5 minutes away from the Clapton Overground. The area is very vibrant with moments of peace thanks to the easy access to nature. You can find Millfields Park just around the corner as well as Walthamstow and Hackney Marshes at a walking distance.

The room is available from the 5th of November. We are looking for a long-term tenant (6 months at least).

The rent is £ 705 and has to be paid on the first day of month.
