We’re subletting our lovely room in a south-facing, two-bedroom, top-floor apartment in E5 for December and or January, with flexible dates.
The flat is right in front of the canal and North Millfields Park — a lovely setting with green space and waterside walks on your doorstep.
The bedroom has a double bed, its own en-suite, direct access to the wraparound balcony and a chest of drawers available for your belongings. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light.
There’s a spacious shared open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, with a big comfy sofa, dining table, and plenty of plants, books and artwork that give the space a cosy, homely feel. The balcony wraps around the property, and the south-facing aspect makes the flat wonderfully light. It also stays warm over winter.
You’ll be sharing with just one other person and a cat. As well as your private en-suite, there’s an additional shared bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with lift access.
