The room is really spacious, gets loads of natural light, and comes with a mattress and a huge built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. There’s also enough room for a desk, ideal if you work from home.

About the house: You’d be sharing with a mix of Aussies and Brits (three boys and one girl). We’re a friendly, inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly house, happy to hang out together (markets, pub, cooking) or do our own thing. Ideally looking for another female to replace me and balance out the numbers.

- A good balance of socialising and respecting each other’s space and downtime
- All household appliances, including the boiler are new, they have all been replaced in the last year

Location: Right between Homerton and Clapton Overground stations, next to Millfields Park and just around the corner from Chatsworth Road, with plenty of local cafes, pubs and shops nearby.
